I always have patients asking me what is the BEST stretch for my low back issue.
I typically ask them what they are doing
And even have them show the stretches to me.
I often find that everyone is doing a lot of low back flexion exercises, but very few are doing low back extension exercises.
So I wanted to show you what I consider to be the best low-back exercises
These Stretches' are safe and work fantastic for DISC problems

Disc Bulges
In fact, I used to give them to my disc patients exclusively
But over the past 20 plus years in practice I have learned that they help most low back pain patients.
I do them everyday
On days I run I do them twice.
Once before I run
And once as part of my post-game (post-run) exercises
